Respect for Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights and review properly submitted copyright notices. If you believe material on this website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to contact@bigflappytowertinysquare.com.
Required Notice Information
A complete notice should include: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and exact location of the allegedly infringing material; your full contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent; and a physical or electronic signature.
Vague notices, notices without page locations, or requests unrelated to copyright may be delayed or may not provide enough information for action.
Review Process
After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, we may review the identified material, request clarification, restrict access, remove content, or contact the relevant contributor. We may preserve records where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, or dispute handling.
Counter-Notice
If material you provided was removed and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing identification of the removed material and its prior location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken, consent to the appropriate legal jurisdiction where required, and your signature.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting false or misleading infringement claims can create legal liability. Consider obtaining qualified legal advice when you are uncertain about ownership, authorization, fair use, or the required notice process.
Other Rights Concerns
Trademark, privacy, impersonation, or general content complaints should be clearly identified as such rather than labeled as a copyright notice. We will review those messages under the appropriate policy and applicable law.
